PROJECT TAKEVOVER

The customer had initially contracted a local landscaper to manage the project. However, before we took over, the work had stalled, and the quality was subpar. We stepped in to oversee the completion of the project, addressing the issues left behind, rectifying the poor workmanship, and ensuring the project was finished to the highest standard. Throughout the process, we communicated closely with the customer, carefully assessing each area that required improvement, implementing more efficient methods, and introducing attention to detail that had previously been lacking. By doing so, we not only restored confidence but also delivered a final result that exceeded expectations in both appearance and durability, leaving the client fully satisfied with the transformed landscape.

Our team ensured that every detail was refined to exceed expectations, delivering a more tailored and innovative solution for their consideration

PREPERATION AND MARKING OUT

Our team of highly experienced landscape gardeners meticulously marked out the project, ensuring precision and accuracy at every step. We carefully prepared the foundations and sub-bases, laying the groundwork for the next phase. Once these tasks were completed, we moved forward with the project, which involved several key elements. Notably, we focused on the precise layout for the porcelain paving, as well as the integration of feature stone piers and the design of raised patios

MATERIALS AND CUSTOMISATION

For this project, we carefully selected a variety of high-quality materials to ensure both beauty and durability. The paving features stunning 1200 x 600 porcelain tiles, creating a sleek and sophisticated surface. The lawns are adorned with 35mm Verde Tempo sports-grade grass, offering a lush, vibrant look that’s perfect for any outdoor space.

All stone veneers are 40mm concrete cladding from Fernhill Stone, a company known for their exceptional range. For the decorative screens, we chose Iro cladding, which adds a modern and stylish touch. Every customised stone feature and capping was cut to order, from the intricate stone archway to the elegant pier caps, ensuring a perfect fit and a truly bespoke finish. Each element was meticulously crafted to meet the specific design requirements, highlighting the skill and precision of the stonemasons involved.

In addition to these elements, great care was taken to ensure that each piece complemented the surrounding architectural features and overall landscape design. The textures, colours, and finishes were thoughtfully selected to achieve a cohesive visual flow, enhancing both durability and aesthetic appeal. Consideration was also given to how natural light interacts with the surfaces throughout the day, creating subtle shadows and highlights that enhance the depth and character of the stonework. This attention to detail not only elevates the craftsmanship but also ensures longevity, making the installation both practical and visually striking. The result is a refined and harmonious space where every stone component contributes to a high-quality, timeless appearance, blending seamlessly with the property’s character while reflecting a strong sense of style and elegance. Even the smallest details, from the choice of grout to the alignment of individual pieces, were executed with precision, reinforcing the overall sense of quality and cohesio
